PUNCH WIZARD

TYPE: Cartoon
WHEN: 2025 - Present
LINK: https://www.youtube.com/@PunchWizard

Description: Punch Wizard is a comedic cartoon webseries of mine tells the story of the eponymous Punch Wizard, the so-called villain of Forevera, as he and his muscular henchfolk plot to defeat the alleged hero Tiger Sword. It functions as a parody and callback to the sci-fantasy cartoons of the '80s such as He-Man.

The Gloaming Diaries

TYPE: TTRPG
WHEN: 2025
LINK: https://timorjack.itch.io/imbolc

Description: The Gloaming Diaries is a tabletop roleplaying game of modern fairy tales in small towns. As a player, you take on the role of the gloamspun, half-human, half-fae beings created when a fairy fleeing eternal war encounters a human seeking change within the Wood. Needing one another, they weave their souls together, becoming one. It's now in its second edition, the "Imbolc Edition". I like to think of this as a gentler, more rural, less trauma-centric alternative to the big urban monster fantasy RPGs out there.

Orbital Test Article

TYPE: Drone Album
WHEN: 2025
LINK: Bandcamp // Spotify

Description: Orbital Test Article is an experimental album of dark drones augmented by echoes of empty space and motifs of algorithmically generated waves and beacons, through my Kilonova Remnant dark ambient project. I find it soothing to listen to while coding.

Sock

TYPE: Software
WHEN: 2024
LINK: https://github.com/Didymos-IO/sock

Description: Sock is an AI-controlled puppet that you can create your own custom avatar for and that is capable of interacting with you via text or voice. It utilizes OpenAI's Whisper model transcription, ChatGPT chat completion API, and speech synthesis through the browser's Web Speech API or Coqui-AI's TTS. Sock is designed to act as an AI co-host for Twitch streaming, or any application where you want to be able to converse and receive spoken responses from a Language Learning Model (LLM).

Sock operates through a Next.js application running in your web browser, which communicates with a Python backend. This backend is responsible for managing the API calls to OpenAI, as well as running the Whisper transcription and Coqui-AI text-to-speech models.

PUPPIES TRYING THEIR HARDEST

TYPE: TTRPG
WHEN: 2019
LINK: https://timorjack.itch.io/puppies-trying-their-hardest

Puppies Trying Their Hardest is a 1-page RPG about puppies, trying their hardest. It's silly and free. You can get the PDF at the URL above, which matches the content of the image below. Sometimes it's fun just to make something simple and silly.

CSSquirrel

TYPE: COMIC AND BLOG
WHEN: 2002 - 2015
LINK: https://cssquirrel.github.io/CSSquirrel/ (Partial Archival Restoration)

Description: CSSquirrel was a webcomic and blog that I wrote during the beginning of my career as a software engineer, focused on web standards and the "dramas" around them. The comic featured the Squirrel, my quasi self-insert, alongside various web designers, programmers, and speakers that were relatively well known in that sphere of that era. The blog posts were often reactionary content to the various advancements in web development at the time and often involved me being outraged because outrage sells and I wanted attention.

The work tapered off over time, suffering sharply after an episode of extreme burnout I suffered due to abusive treatment by my agency at the time. I eventually put the blog behind me when I felt ashamed at how I often approached the blog posts. The comics could be mean sometimes, the posts sadly often were.

That said, I enjoyed how my art style evolved over the time, and some of the strips still make me laugh.

I lost the domain at one point, and the original WordPress database at another. I have the comics archived up, but any restoration of any of the original blog content is going to involve some effort with the Wayback Machine, and is a future project.
